Beautiful Baking Plank Brie

  • 1 small brie round
  • 1 bottle mango chutney
  • 1 can pears drained
  • 1 spring mint for decoration

Place the brie round on preheated plank, surround and cover with the drained pears. Pour mango chutney on top of pears, and place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 325 degrees until it has started to melt.

Decorate with sprig of mint. Serve with crackers.
