Plank Imitation Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 24 large mushrooms, stalks removed
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon white wine

Wash mushrooms, remove stalks, and set aside. Mix all the rest of ingredients and spoon in to mushroom cavities. Place filled mushrooms onto heated plank and place onto oven rack (or grill and close lid). Cook for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or medium high heat. Serve at once.

Serves 6.
