Pork & Beef Patties

  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/8 cup water
  • Ground pork and beef
  • Chopped onions
  • Garlic
  • Cracked pepper
  • Lawry’s seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon Hickory Wood Chips

Before smoking, put the wine and water into drip tray. Form beef and pork into patties with the onion, garlic, pepper, and salt, and smoke using hickory wood chips for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on size of patties. Use the wine/water drippings from drip tray to brown cooked macaroni.
