Smoker Bags are the easiest method to smoke and cook your food with little to no cleanup! Alder is the mildest and best used for fish. Hickory has a medium flavor and great for fish, chicken, ribs, game meats and more. Mesquite is the strongest flavor and perfect for red meat or game.

Camerons Professional Cookware Smoker Bag for oven, grill or campfire use. Use with fish, poultry, beef, pork, vegetables and game meat. The wood chip flavoring is already inside, sealed between the bottom two layers of foil, and held in place by natural wood syrups, so preparation of your meal is a snap.

The fish, poultry, meat, tofu or vegetables can be placed in the bag with seasonings to your taste – no fats, oils or salt need to be added. Fold the opening end three or four of times to seal and press firmly. Place on the medium high barbecue grill or on the bottom rack of your 500 degree oven for the times given. The bag will balloon while cooking. Remove and cut the top open with a sharp knife for your moist and tasty smoked meal. Serve food from the foil bag, and then toss away the bag. No clean up at.

    I am excited to do a review on these new Smoker Bags from Camerons Products. First thing I noticed when opened was the bag is very big to hold a lot of meat, fish, veggies, pork, whatever you want to get some smoke on. This smoker bag will work in the oven, on the grill, or over coals on a campfire. The 3 ply makeup of this bag includes a separate chamber with hickory chips, syrup, and sugars that makes the smoke that travels into the other part of the bag where the food is and imparts a moist, smokey, flavor that takes whatever is in the bag’s taste to a new level. Once you remove the food, you fold, and toss the smoker bag in the garbage- it’s that easy. I highly recommend this bag, because it is so easy to use, and you end up with a very flavorful finished product. I hope this review is informative and entertaining and will help you make an informed buying decision.

    We have tried the Hickory and Mesquite bags so far and we were VERRRRRY impressed! Not only is the food delicious, the smoke flavor that cooks into the meat, veggies, etc. is just the right amount without being overly strong. Not only is the food delicious, it comes out being very juicy and tender. Not only is the food delicious, but the ease of using the smoker bags is so simple and carefree. Not only is the food delicious….are you detecting a common theme here? The food made in the Emeril’s Smoker Bag is DELICIOUS! Absolutely delicious!

    I absolutely LOVE Emerils smoker bags,when my local store stopped selling them I bought all that they had left!!! I was getting short on them (since I use them every couple weeks)so came to this site to see if I could order them what a surprise to find out they are almost 2x what I paid at the store,so now I think I will start a search in town for them forget ordering them because at a civil price I would order them by the case but not at the price stated.Very disappointed but am on a fixed income.

    This bag is fabulous!! Anything I cook in this bag turns out perfect. I usually cook a brisket in it. Along with my Big Bad Beef Rub the brisket turns out better than when you go out to a restaurant. No kidding! And it is so easy to use and it doesn’t even require a baking dish when you use it in the oven, so cleanup is simple- anything simpler would mean that someone comes over and cooks for you! This bag is perfect!! I am having trouble finding them in the stores lately. Finding the website listed on the package brought me here. Now, I can stock up anytime! Thank you for making my life easier!

    I used this to smoke a whole turkey breast that I had brined. I split the breast so it would fit in the bag. I put the filled bag on a steel pan and smoked it in my oven. It was so easy and I was glad I put the smoker bag in the stell pan, there was a little leakage. The turkey breast turned out juicy, moist and the hickory smoke gave it a great flavor. I’m ordering a couple more to experiment with. Thank you Camerons!

    I couldn’t find an oven tempurature anywhere on the Mesquite smoker bag package, so guessed to cook my chicken at 350 and checked in 30 minutes but the chicken was barely cooked! It smells so good I was really looking forward to our smoked chicken for dinner. Knowing that my husband would start snacking if it weren’t soon ready, I quickly threw the breasts in a pan to finish cooking. The instructions say to make sure the temperatures is “hot enough” doesn’t quite explain where to start for me. I’m not saying the product is bad, just bad instructions. I’ll definately try again, but with more time.

    I was given a couple of these bags at a housewares show, so I figured I had nothing to lose by trying them. I was right, they are GREAT. I did a 3# rack of baby back ribs in my oven. What a simple and clean and delicious way to make ribs, I`m a convert for sure. The ribs came out perfect, the bag worked flawlessly, and the cleanup was sooooo easy. I just added a little time from what the instructions suggested for a 2# rack, I may have even went to long but they still came out great. I would highly recommend to anyone, even at the single price of $3.95 a bag, that’s a steal, when you figure the time and mess that usually accompanies whenever you smoke something. The ribs smoked faster than when cooking them normally and the temperature was perfect also.

    Have been using this product for many years on pontoon plane trips in Alaska where weight is a factor. We catch salmon all week and smoke them in these bags on the coals of an open fire pit. Perfect every time! Use alder bags.
    At home , I smoke ribs and chicken in them even though I have a two rack smoker and a large grill. The reduced time for clean up, etc… Well worth the simple use of the bags.
    I love it when things work as designed and stated.
