Sesame Chicken

  • Skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Assemble the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken breasts in the refrigerater for 4-8 hours. Remove chicken. Place in the smoker with or without wood chips. Cook 20-25 minutes per pound.
