Smoked Chicken Drummies

  • 24 chicken drummies (large portion of the wing)
  • Olive oil
  • Cajun poultry spice mix
  • 1 tablespoon Pecan Wood Chips

Lightly brush wings with oil and sprinkle liberally with Cajun spices. Smoke with pecan wood chips for 35 minutes on medium heat. May be served hot or cold. Nice picnic treat.
